Coaching Cohort
This is a four-session virtual coaching cycle, with each 45-minute session designed to strengthen your advocacy skills and mindset. We will begin by exploring the concept of "Disruption Stories" and identifying the deficit language ideologies that can unintentionally harm emergent bilingual/ELL students. As you gain insights from these frameworks, you will be guided to craft your own powerful "Disruption Story"—transforming your experiences into a tool for impactful advocacy.
Enrollment Details:
Three scheduling options:
Mondays- 45 min. between 4-7PM CT (starts week of 9/8)
Thursdays- 45 min. between 4-7PM CT (starts week of 9/2)
Saturdays- 45 min. between 9-11AM CT (starts week of 9/2)Duration: 4 consecutive weeks
Capacity: Limited to 4 educators per cohort
Investment: $99 per person, with discount pricing for colleagues who enroll together (1 for $99, 2 for $160)
