In this dynamic workshop, Dr. Ardell presents her proprietary, research-based framework for teacher advocacy, designed to resonate even with the most introverted educators.

“Bilingual education IS a social justice issue.  I guess I never realized that but once Dr. Ardell put it in those terms, I felt a fire ignite inside me!”

- Dr. Lori Garcia, Bilingual Secondary coordinator, Fort-Worth ISD, Texas

“My mindset about advocacy has completely shifted. I used to think I had to be gentle, but I now realize that directness is non-negotiable. If we aren't more urgent in our work, the whole system will fail us. Now, I feel truly prepared to spot bias and take action.”
